个人简介

2004年和2007年毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院劳动卫生与环境卫生学系,分别获硕士和博士学位。2009年-2010年在美国哈佛大学公共卫生学院从事博士后研究工作。2010受聘于华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院。

   主要从事慢性代谢性疾病环境流行病学和分子流行病学方面的研究工作,近年来先后主持和参与国家基金委、科技部基础专项和科技部重点研发计划等多项科研项目,在环境流行病学和慢性病分子流行病学研究方面取得了一系列研究成果,共在国际权威期刊发表SCI论文100多篇。其中第一作者或者通讯作者文章超过50篇,包括CirculationGUTHepatologyDiabetologiaArterioscler Thromb Vasc BiolHuman Molecular GeneticsIndoor AirEnvironmental PollutionJ Nutrition等杂志。担任《环境与职业医学》和PLoS ONE等杂志编委。


研究方向

· 通过前瞻性的队列研究深入探讨代谢综合征、2型糖尿病、心脑血管疾病等慢性疾病及其并发症发生发展的主要环境因素和遗传因素,以及遗传-环境(重金属、环境内分泌干扰物、生活方式等)和遗传-表型间的相互作用,建立早期预测和高危个体筛选模型;

· 利用系统流行病学和多组学的方法深入探讨环境相关疾病的发病机制,寻找新的生物标志物,为个性化医疗和转化医学提供科学支持。
